My assignment in TechComm Fundamentals Bootcamp was to write a procedure for a home appliance I own.

 

The main pain point of this scale is that users have to activate it and wait a few second for it to calibrate before they can step on. If they don't do so, they will receive an error.

I wrote a procedure that steers users away from all of the possible pitfalls so that they can easily find out their true weights.
