This is an assignment I did for TechComm Fundamentals Bootcamp. I imagined that the client, the YMCA, wanted supporting instructional material for a light exercise program that they were offering online during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The instructor gave us the unstructured information, which you can view by pressing that button. This is equivalent to the type of writing I might get from an SME.

 

The handout shows how I made the information more useable for the participants in the exercise program by both cutting out the unnecessary information and by using a table to structure it into a schedule.
